This page (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any products (“Products”) listed on our website (“Our Website”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Website. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Your Status

By placing an order through our Website, you warrant that:

Links

We may provide links on our Website to the websites of other companies (whether affiliated with us or not). We cannot guarantee that products you purchase from third party sellers through our Website, or from companies whose websites we provide links to on our Website, will be of satisfactory quality, and we make absolutely no such warranties. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against third party sellers. We will notify you when a third party is involved in a transaction, and we may disclose your customer information to the third party seller in connection with that transaction.

Availability and Delivery

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date specified in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within 30 days from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances or the product has an agreed delivery time.

Risk and Title

You will be responsible for the products from the time they are delivered to you: the risk in the products will be borne by you from the date of delivery.

Title to the products will pass to you only when we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges).

Prices and Payment

The price of any product will be as quoted on our website from time to time, unless an obvious error has occurred. These prices include VAT but do not include delivery costs or duties which will be added to the total amount payable as stated in your order confirmation or other agreement.

Prices are subject to change at any time but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.

Our website contains a large number of products and despite our best efforts it is possible that some of the products listed on the website are incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices during the dispatch process so, if a product's correct price is lower than the price we stated, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching or reject your order and notify you of this rejection.

Even if we have sent you a dispatch confirmation, we are under no obligation to supply you with the product at the incorrect (lower) price if the error in pricing is obvious and unmistakable and you could reasonably have recognised it as a mispricing.

Payment for all products can be made by credit or debit card and PayPal etc..

Sales

Sometimes, certain products on our website are offered at a discount during sales. Any product on sale will be clearly indicated by a sale icon and the price will be shown next to the original price which will be crossed out.

Sale prices are subject to change at any time and at our discretion. During any sale period, products which already display a sale price may be further reduced. Any such changes to product prices or sale prices will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.

Returns of products purchased at a sale price are subject to our standard returns and refunds policy.

Our Refund Policy

When you return the applicable product to us:

Because you have cancelled the contract between us within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will process your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund you in full the price you paid for the product, excluding the cost of sending the goods to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us immediately. Your refund will be processed after we receive your order at our offices.

For any other reason (for example, because you have notified us that you do not agree to any changes to these terms and conditions or any of our policies, or because you claim that the product is defective), we will inspect the returned product and notify you of the refund by email within a reasonable time. We will normally process your refund as quickly as possible and in any event within 30 days of the day we confirm to you by email that you are entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned due to defects will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery costs of sending the product to you and any agreed costs you incur in returning the product to us.

We will normally refund any monies received from you using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase

Representations

We have done our best to display the colours of the products shown on the Website as accurately as possible. However, as the colours you see depend on your screen, we cannot guarantee that any colour your device displays will be accurate. Images and descriptions of products are provided for guidance only, but we cannot guarantee that the goods you receive will exactly match any photograph, description, measurement, size or colour displayed on our website. Our products are handmade and therefore may occasionally show slight imperfections or variations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The information provided on the Customer Reviews tab is the opinion of the submitter and we are not responsible for any inaccuracies, losses or misrepresentations caused by any opinion, information or guidance expressed in such content.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreements, understandings or arrangements between us, whether oral or written.

We both acknowledge that in entering into a Contract neither of us relied on any representation, undertaking or promise made by the other nor was any representation, undertaking or promise implied from anything said or written by us in the negotiations prior to that Contract except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.

We intend to rely on these Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of any Contract. While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our duly authorised agents, please always request confirmation of any changes to these Terms and Conditions in writing.

Our Right to Change These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant legal and regulatory requirements and changes in the functionality of our systems.

You will be bound by the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you order products from us, unless any changes to these policies or these terms and conditions are required by law or a governmental body (in which case it will apply to orders you have previously placed) or if we notify you of changes to these policies or these terms and conditions before we send you a dispatch confirmation (in which case we are entitled to assume that you have accepted the changes to the terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within seven business days of receiving the products).
